Terms of sale

Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email and take payment. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will offer a substitute, a backorder date, or a full refund — your choice.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is estimated at checkout based on the delivery state. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time you order is the price you pay.
Shipping
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and start from dispatch rather than order. Liquids travel on a separate line and may arrive after dry goods in the same order. Full detail is on the shipping page.
Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened liquids are final sale. Items damaged in transit are replaced or refunded on receipt of a photo within 7 days.
Product use
Our products are formulated for acrylic, melamine and resin tile faces. They are not intended for unsealed wood, bare-metal jewellery, or any surface where the finish is already flaking. Test on an inconspicuous area when in doubt. Keep out of reach of children. The cleaner is not a disinfectant, and we make no sanitizing, antibacterial or antiviral claims.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for damage caused by using a product contrary to its instructions — including soaking tiles, using alcohol-based cleaners, or applying the product to a finish that is already failing.
Wholesale and white label
Club and white-label orders are governed by the invoice and any signed specification sheet, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
