Privacy policy

What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order. If you create an account, we store the same details plus a password. If you subscribe to care notes, we store your email address.
We do not store card numbers. This demo build validates card details in the browser and keeps only the last four digits alongside the order record.
Why we collect it
- To pick, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you if there is a delivery problem.
- To handle returns, replacements and warranty questions.
- To send care notes and restock news, only if you asked for them.
Who sees it
Our warehouse, the carrier handling your parcel, and the payment processor if you pay by card. We do not sell customer lists. We do not share your address with marketing partners.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Account details are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except where an order record must be retained.
Your choices
Write to care@pavilionfour.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from care notes with the link in any email, or by replying with "unsubscribe".
Cookies and local storage
This storefront keeps your bag, wishlist, account and a session flag in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to a third-party analytics service in this build. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
Children
Our products are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
