Shipping & returns
Everything ships from our Guangzhou warehouse. Here is what to expect, including the one thing that surprises people: liquids travel on a different line.

Dispatch is 1–2 business days from order. Orders placed on Friday afternoon (China time) usually leave on Monday.
Why liquids arrive separately
Water-based cleaners are non-hazardous, but they travel on a dedicated liquid line with different handling: sealed cap, individual leak-proof bag, absorbent material in the outer carton, and a regular boxed shape that the carrier accepts. Dry goods do not need any of that, so they ship on a faster parcel line.
In practice: your kit can land three to five days before the cleaner in the same order. Both are tracked, and neither delays the other. Express checkout is offered for dry items only for this reason.
Customs and duties
US and Canadian orders ship delivered duty paid — the price you see at checkout is the price at the door, with no carrier invoice afterwards. Local sales tax is estimated at checkout based on the delivery state.
Returns
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Write to care@pavilionfour.com with your order number and we will send a return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
- Opened liquids cannot be returned, for safety and transport reasons.
- Damaged in transit — send a photo within 7 days; we replace or refund without requiring a return.
- Club freight is subject to the terms on the invoice, not this policy.
Clubs, studios and wholesale
Clubs and studios can order on invoice (net 14) once approved. Volume pricing starts at 6 Club Care Packs. White-label care packs — your logo on the cloth band, pouch and care card — start at 300 packs with a 20-day lead time.
